FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Especially when using condoms, the type of lubricant is important if you don't want to risk damaging the condoms.
Always use lubricants specially developed for use with condoms and make sure that all of the following information is on the packaging when you purchase:
CE mark
It signals that it is a legal medical device and is a duty for every intimate lubricant!
Note:
"condom friendly/ condom suitable" in German language.
Use together with condoms is only permitted with this note!
If any or even all of the information on lubricant packaging is missing, it must under no circumstances be used together with condoms!
If the CE mark is missing on lubricant packaging, these lubricants are not even intended for sexual intercourse without a condom!
Independent tests have shown that up to 40% of condoms (tested with non-approved lubricant) burst much earlier than normal!
Since many inadmissible lubricants contain, for example, small quantities of oils, condom safety is no longer guaranteed as a result.
